Grand Theft Auto 5 player beats entire game in 9 hours without taking a hit

The Grand Theft Auto V Speedrunner exploded in just nine hours through a single-player campaign – causing zero damage to everyone. Speedrunner UnNameD was the first to complete the One-Hit KO run with the tactics used.

He uploaded a three-part motion to his YouTube channel, using his 48th attempt to complete it, using the mode that kills him instantly in case of any damage. Finishing the whole game without a scratch was no small matter, but the success of UnNameD shook some wings.

The Fellow Speed Runner Dark Viper has been trying to run OHCO on its YouTube and Twitch channels since the beginning of 2020 and recently uploaded its 27th attempt. The Darkwiper was trying to be the first to finish the run, and UnNameD didn’t seem to be enough to beat him.

A Reddit post on r/LiveStreamFail shows a since-deleted comment from DarkViper, in which he claims other speedrunners attempting the run were refusing to share strategies while he publicly shared his own.

“People would spam “take a break” at me all day, knowing nothing of this context. It was my own little personal hell. I of course did have to do some things other than OHKO runs but I could not fully enjoy or avoid stress and guilt whilst away from the runs for even a day.”

UnNameD has since denied the allegations, saying they tried to share tactics with the Dark Viper, but this was ignored. UnNameD also claims that he has been banned from the Dark Vipers Discord since he won.

Now the deleted VOD shows that the Darkwiper is trying to get a full run, but is reluctant to use UnNameD’s new or improved tactics because it does not want to give him any credit. The Twitter user’s response indicated that he wanted to run at a reasonable pace, but was determined to get OHKO done first.
