Arc System Works has announced dates for the second open beta for Guilty Gear Strive, as well as upcoming changes to the game. There will also be two new characters.
The beta client for Guilty Gear Strive will be available for download starting May 7. Those who participated in the previous beta test will be able to update the client without re-downloading.
As with the previous beta testing phase, the second beta version will be available exclusively for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles. At the time of publication, there is no information that testing will be carried out for all platforms. Although the game comes out in June.
Arc System Works has made various changes to the game based on feedback from previous versions of the game being tested. These changes include a new Duel Station battle queue system for the online lobby and a rematch function. This will allow players to play rematch up to 3 times in the Rank Tower and unlimited times in the Open Park.
This is how the Duel Station looks after the changes. Anji Mito and I-No will also be added to the Guilty Gear Strive Second Open Beta version of the game.
The second open beta of Guilty Gear Strive will be available for PS4 | 5 starting May 13, 2021, and will end on May 16, 2021. Guilty Gear Strive is coming to PS4 | 5 and PC (Steam) on June 11, 2021.
