Google is testing a new version history feature for the Keep application which will be applicable to the web. While things are still in progress, some users are able to see the new tweak. Let’s grab some more details on this matter.
As per the latest inputs, when you open a note on the web and tap the three-dot menu in Google Keep, it reveals a Version history option. It appears in a gray bar with a ‘Coming soon’ description that links to this support article.

In terms of functionality, the feature will let you download a text file of previous versions of your notes or lists to see changes you’ve made over time. Once rolled out, going to that menu will let you choose a version for download.
