Earlier, the users didn’t get the proper glance at what they have searching, because the uploaded photos didn’t exactly fit the screen of their smartphone and it appeared with a black background. But now, things are going to be replaced by a dynamic one that uses a blurred version of the image as a backdrop.

Now after installing this update, users will see a blurred background which will enhance the look of the image as compared to what we see with the black background. Notably, the color addition does make the app a bit more lively, but it too plays a vital role.

Additionally, the user and time information has been moved to the bottom for a thicker bar. Consequently, the “Helpful” button/count also gets more supremacy. Now, it’ll be easier to jump into Local Guides profiles.

If you are using Google Maps on your Android device, then upgrade your application to the latest version. In order to get a more prominent photo-viewing experience.
