Gmail’s Material theme updated in 2018 and launched add-ons for Google Calendar, Keep, and Task. Google Workspace Add-ons allow you to use third-party applications within Google Workspace and helping you to get work done faster without switching from one app to another.
Organizations can also create add-ons using Apps Script. The Add-ons side panel in Google Docs, sheet, and Slides officially rolling out. It will we available in the coming weeks for the following users:
Essentials, Business Starter, Business Standard, Business Plus, Enterprise Essentials, Enterprise Standard, Enterprise Plus, Education, Enterprise for Education, and Nonprofits customers and users with personal accounts.
