Microsoft has provided this app to developers in September for beta testing to test this feature. Here’s the full release note of the app:

-Set up new consoles and queue games

-Play remotely from your console

-View and share game clips & screenshots

-Party chat with friends across devices

Have a look around the new app. More awesomeness is on the way!

Microsoft’s xCloud service is different from the new Xbox streaming option and it is not available on Apple devices because of the restriction that Apple imposed on cloud gaming.

The streaming feature of the Xbox app even works outside of the home, allowing the users to play games from Xbox when they are not at their home. It requires Xbox One or Xbox Series X/S with a 5GHz WiFi or LTE/5G connections that has a download speed of at least 10Mb/s.

The latest version of the Xbox app is available to download from App Store for free.
