Just recently, WhatsApp received a new beta update via the Google Play beta program, which brings a new feature called Self-Destructive Media. Currently, the function is under development, and will allow you to send pictures or videos privately.

As per the latest information, WhatsApp has released a new beta update through the Google Play beta program, which comes with version of 2.2.19.4. About a month ago, WABetaInfo has already provided detailed information about this new feature, allowing you to listen to voice messages with varying playback speeds.

According to previous reports, it allows users to change the playback speed of voice messages by simply clicking on the speed tab: 1.0X, 1.5X and 2.0X options. Currently, WhatsApp only brings faster playback speeds, but we can expect that it can also increase lower playback speeds.

It should be noted that since WhatsApp Beta v2.21.9.4 is a pre-release version so it is currently only available for a limited number of Android beta testers, and its changes are still under development. In addition, the company owned by Facebook will soon release stable updates with various useful features.
