Telegram is a messaging app similar to WhatsApp which provides several notable features including end-to-end encrypted video calling, VoIP, file sharing, stickers, GIFs, and much more. Even, it is completely free and doesn’t contain ads. Telegram is also available in the web version that can be accessed from PC and laptop.

As we already witnessed that the WhatsApp which is one of the most used messaging apps is now losing it by introducing new terms for the users. WhatsApp had previously released an in-app privacy policy that users need to accept in order to use the app.

After knowing the new terms, WhatsApp users are finding its alternative option, and it looks like Telegram is becoming the first choice because of its privacy and security features. It is a cross-platform and cloud-based instant messaging service.

As a result of all these changes, Telegram is now getting much attention from the users. According to the latest report, Telegram is the most downloaded non-gaming app globally for January 2021 with 63 million installs.
