It is also known for its best security features for online messaging. However, it has been criticized for sharing user data on its core social media platform Facebook, with recent changes to its privacy policy.

In any case, it has been reported that through the app’s beta client, WhatsApp developers may be developing a new customer support feature that will soon be available in a stable version of WhatsApp.

Although not much information has been revealed about this feature, but since more than 1 billion people use this app every day, it can be an important step in providing support to customers.

What is Customer Support?

With this new feature of WhatsApp, users will be able to avail customer support by making various queries about the features present in the app and issues related to the app till now.

In addition, it is expected that it will not only provide support over the phone but also by sending text messages to customer support staff.

This feature may be under development, and once it is available at least in beta form, we will learn more about the feature over the next few weeks.
