Just recently, WhatsApp rolled out a new beta update for Android users with version v2.21.9.4, which allows changing the playback speed of voice messages. But recently, it was reported that the company disabled this feature from its server for unknown reasons.

On the other side, the Facebook-owned company has released a new beta update through the Google Play Beta program. This new version has reached the selected WhatsApp beta tester and has a version number of 2.21.9.5. If you have joined the beta test, you can check for updates through the Google Play Store.

As per the WABetaInfo, WhatsApp users are currently able to delete chats from a single device. This means that if your WhatsApp is also logged into more devices, the chat will not be removed from other linked devices.

However, the blog seems to have two different options – “Delete from this device” and “Delete from this and all linked devices”. Moreover, the same source claimed that the feature is currently under development, and WhatsApp can enable the feature at any time.

In addition, WhatsApp recently released a new beta update, which added a new image animation to the title of the “Disappearing Messages” section, which defines the function of missing messages.
