OnePlus 9 haptic issue

OnePlus 9 series users are reporting a new and strange issue with the haptic functionality of the device. After the green line defect, this is another bug that has blocked the immersive user experience path for the corresponding phone holders.

Recently, a OnePlus 9RT device owner entered the community forum and posted a thread entitled ‘starting of a new bug’. Ahead, the user described that after the screen and battery problems, the OnePlus 9 series is getting troubled with the haptic issue.

Rather than a serious issue, this sounds quite funny to some extent. Speaking of the reason, the user mentioned that the error started emerging on his device right behind the OxygenOS 13 upgrade.

A notable point that we found in the thread is – haptics are not completely degraded after the OxygenOS 13 installation. While sliding fingers through the app drawer, the OnePlus 9RT owner is able to feel the vibrating notes.

However, this only continues to some extent. Agreeing with the thread, many individuals said that they are also dealing with the same situation. Particularly, this issue is common in the OnePlus 9 series.

To date, we didn’t find any fix with the distributed software updates. Although, if this is the condition for everyone, then the tech maker should initiate a solution as soon as possible.
