According to a new report, Samsung developers are working on additional improvements for One UI 6.0 widget animation. An incremental update is scheduled for November end, which is expected to solve the animation problem with widgets.
It’s worth mentioning that the Stable update broke the home screen animation (bottom to top swipe) of widgets. It has been reported that the Galaxy Z Flip 5’s recent Beta update brought back the returning widget transition. It’s expected to arrive soon on the Galaxy S23 series.
“Additional improvements are currently in progress in this area to provide optimized animation, and a better animation of returning to the widget position will be reflected through an update at the end of this month,” a Samsung moderator said in the community.
