Samsung might launch Galaxy SmartTag and SmartTag+ alongside Galaxy S21 devices

Samsung Galaxy S21 series is set to launch on January 14 at the “Galaxy Unpacked” event. The company will also unveil the latest Galaxy Buds Pro, and Galaxy Watch Active 2 in a new rose gold color variant.

In addition, we’ve also witnessed different leaks and certifications which indicates that the company could also unveil a Bluetooth based tracking device, “Galaxy SmartTag”. Now, a new report suggests Samsung might also launch an expensive version of the Galaxy SmartTag.

According to the latest info, the South Korean tech giant will introduce two new tracking devices which will be the Galaxy SmartTag (model number: EI-T5300) and Galaxy SmartTag+ (model number: EI-T7300). Meanwhile, we don’t have much information about the specs of the Galaxy SmartTag+.

Previously, the Galaxy SmartTag was spotted on the NCC certification site which revealed that it will be a Tile-like tracker having a square shape with rounded corners.

As per the previous reports, Samsung may launch this tracker that will sport Bluetooth v5.1 and it will come with a price tag of around $18. The company will offer Galaxy SmartTag in two different color variants including black and oatmeal.
