The issue with an eSIM

The observer reports that the bug is affecting the eSIM chip on the iPhones. For a long time, Apple has been using the eSIM instead of the physical SIM. Thus, users never required any physical equipment to instead in their devices for network or call purposes. However, as the bug is affecting the eSIM, now there is a need for a basic SIM card.

A Quick Solution

As per Mark, a fix to this issue is to use a physical SIM card rather than an embedded SIM. There is a possibility that users can remove their eSIM account and apply a manual SIM to the device. However, the process might be complex therefore, it’s better to opt for a technician or service center.
