At the same time, Barclays bank analyst Andrew Gardiner believes that only the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max will be equipped with laser rangefinders, as well as up to 1 TB of flash memory.

The source adds that the iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 13 may not get the fast 120Hz LTPO OLED screens that are meant for higher-end models. With the release of Apple smartphones equipped with 1TB of flash memory, a price increase is inevitable, all analysts added.
