Apple iPhone 14 lineup is not so far in the time, meanwhile, a new report suggests that the Pro variants will feature the Always-on Display mode. So far, the feature was in rumors to appear with the iPhone 13 Pro lineup, but the company failed to do so. However, Apple fans could finally expect the long-awaited feature with the next iPhone handset.

Mark Gurman mentioned that the latest iOS 16 will exhibit the Always-on Display mode for the iPhone 14 Pro. Though the company decided to introduce the feature with the iPhone 13, due to some reason, the happening didn’t take place. Nevertheless, we could find the exclusive trait in the next Apple handset products.

The new function allows the Apple iPhone to turn down the frame rate significantly on the lock screen. Further, it shows the information more quickly. It is somewhat similar to the fresh models of Apple Watches.

As per the latest information, the feature will only be present in the Pro models. For instance, Apple iPhone 14 Pro, and Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max. Alongside, the 14th Pro lineup is also in rumors to opt for an A16 Bionic chip that will use the same 5nm plate as for the A14, and A15.
