According to reports, people familiar with the matter said today that Apple has suspended almost all hiring until September next year.

Employees across Apple’s divisions have been told that the company will not hire new employees for the next few months, possibly until the end of the current fiscal year, which is September 2023, these people said.
The hiring freeze affects full-time employees within the company, one of the people said. Of course, there is still the possibility of some additional salespeople in sectors such as retail ahead of the Christmas shopping season.
The person also said that Apple has “no budget” to increase staff in the next year. It can be said that recruitment is in a “frozen” state.
