According to the report, Apple is developing a larger 16-inch iPad, which is expected to be released in the fourth quarter of 2023. This will be the largest iPad model ever, surpassing the iPad Pro by 12.9 inches.

“The 16-inch iPad is likely to be aimed at creative professionals, such as graphic artists and designers who prefer larger screens,” the report said. No further details were provided about the future device, which will have the same screen size as the 16-inch MacBook Pro, and provides users with a much larger canvas for work.”
Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman claimed last year that Apple was exploring the idea of a larger iPad, which could further “blur” the line between tablet and laptop.
Earlier this year, display industry analyst Ross Young claimed that Apple was working on a larger 14-inch iPad Pro with a Mini LED display. Considering these two rumors, it is possible that Apple is planning to release 14-inch and 16-inch iPad Pro models next year, which will correspond to the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros.
Moreover, Apple released the M2 chip version of the iPad Pro last week, and has gone on sale. It also supports Wi-Fi 6E, Apple Pencil hovering function, support for ProRes video recording, and some other small improvements.
