A few days before the expected launch, it seems that before the official review embargo was lifted, a lucky customer had already started using the brand new 12.9-inch Apple M1 iPad Pro.

A Reddit user u/PeterDragon50 has received its 12.9-inch ‌iPad Pro‌ through the retailer Nebraska Furniture City. Reddit users stated that they placed the order when the pre-order took effect, and the retail chain told them that although they have not officially launched the iPad from Apple, they are ready to take delivery. Apple said that the new ‌iPad Pro‌ and ‌M1‌ iMac will go on sale in the second half of May, most likely on May 21.

The official review of the “iPad Pro” supporting M1 has not yet been released, and many people ask customers to provide first impressions and ideas. Customers said that the new mini-LED liquid crystal display Liquid Retina XDR display deep black and “absolutely up to Apple quality” color left a deep impression. Two videos (the second video) were shared, showing that the 12.9-inch “iPad Pro” is playing HDR content.

In addition to the images and videos of the new ‌iPad Pro‌, the Antutu benchmark score was also released, indicating that the performance of the new ‌iPad Pro‌ is much faster than last year’s model. The Geekbench score released earlier this week also found that the new “iPad” is 50% faster than the previous generation.

Some customers who ordered the new “iPad Pro” on April 30 began to notice that their order status changed from “shipping” to “ready to ship”. The new “iPad Pro” has proven to be an early success, and the expected delivery date has been postponed to mid-July. You can use our guide to learn more about the new ‌iPad Pro‌.
