Google launched the Pixel 3 series back in October 2018. The company promised to give regular Android updates and monthly security patches until October 2021.
The Pixel 3 and 3 XL have later received the November, December, and January security patches. The devices are now getting the February 2022 security update. This could be the final update for these smartphones.

Last year, Google has already removed the Pixel 3 devices from its software support help page. According to the official information, for the Pixel 3 users, Google writes “The following Pixel phones no longer receive Android version updates and security updates.”
Google has released its new software update policy for the Google Pixel 6 devices. The new Pixel phones will get 3 major Android OS upgrades and up to 5 years of regular security patches.
