Acer recently officially launched the Predator Predator series Triton / Helios series notebooks, equipped with Intel’s 11th generation H45 standard pressure processor, RTX 30 series graphics cards. Both notebooks can be equipped with Mini LED displays or LCD displays with a refresh rate of 360Hz.
This notebook uses an all-metal body with a thickness of only 19.9cm. It can be equipped with up to an 11th generation i9 processor, RTX 3080 graphics card, and 64GB DDR4-3200 memory. The product appearance design is low-key, equipped with four-sided air outlets, equipped with a Thunderbolt 4 interface.
This computer can be equipped with three 16-inch 16:10 screens:
1. Mini LED display with 165Hz refresh rate, resolution 2560×1600, peak brightness 1250nit . The monitor covers 100% sRGB color gamut.
2. Ordinary LCD screen with 165Hz refresh rate, resolution 2560×1600.
3. IPS PolarBlack screen with 240Hz refresh rate, resolution 2560×1600, refresh rate 240Hz, 3ms response time. This screen has a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and supports NVIDIA G-SYNC technology.
In terms of heat dissipation, the Predator Triton 500 SE notebook has three built-in fans, including a special fifth-generation AeroBlade 3D fan. 5 heat pipes are used inside to dissipate heat, and it has an efficient air inlet and outlet system.
This notebook is equipped with Intel Killer E3100 wired network card and Killer Wi-Fi 6 AX1650 wireless network card to provide a low-latency network experience. The notebook has two Thunderbolt 4 ports, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, and an SD card reader. The product will be sold in China in June this year, with a price starting at RMB 14,999.
Predator Helios 500 notebook:
This computer is specially designed for gaming players. It is equipped with an overclockable Intel 11th generation i9 processor, RTX 3080 graphics card, and comes standard with 64GB DDR4-3200 memory. This notebook has a built-in RAID 0 PCIe NVMe SSD and a SATA mechanical hard drive.
This notebook is equipped with a 17.3-inch AUO 4K Mini AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, supports full-area array dimming, achieves ultra-high contrast and brightness, and has HDR1000 certification. In addition, the computer can be equipped with an AUO FHD resolution screen with a 360Hz refresh rate and a 3ms response time.
The Acer Predator Helios 500 notebook has built-in exclusive PowerGem technology, which places a special alloy heat sink on top of the processor to disperse heat. The built-in radiator adopts Acer Vortex Flow technology, equipped with the 5th generation AeroBlade 3D fan, and the fuselage has 4 air outlets.
This computer case is equipped with multiple RGB light strips around, which can be controlled by software. The computer is equipped with a MagTek mechanical keyboard, which also has an RGB backlight effect.
This notebook has 1 HDMI 2.1 interface, one mini-DP 1.4 interface, two Thunderbolt 4 interfaces, three USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A interfaces, and one RJ45 network port. The notebook has a built-in Intel Killer E3100 wired network card, KillerWi-Fi 6 AX1650 wireless network card, and Killer Intelligence Center to provide players with a high-speed network experience.
The computer supports DTS:X Ultrasound effects and can be equipped with a 5G mobile network card, which is convenient for online games while on the move. The Acer Predator Helios 500 notebook, code-named PH517-52, will be on sale in China in August 2021, priced at 39,999 yuan.
