Check the concept design of new 4th generation Apple’s iPad Air

After confirming the launch of the iPhone 12 lineup, Apple is likely to release more new devices. These new devices are expected to be iPad Air 2020 and Watch Series 6.

According to rumors, the iPad Air 2020 could be released with an edge to edge display, and likely to follow exactly the same design adopted by the latest iPad Pro models. The dimensions of the new iPad could be similar to those of the 11 inch iPad Pro model but the exact screen size is not yet confirmed.

Although the new iPad will not have touch ID buttons and the Face ID sensors are still expensive. Apple could provide the touch ID in the power button. Apple tends to make this iPad cheaper than the other iPad to provides a budget alternative for the consumers.

Apple could use the Touch ID scanner into the power button, it will be the first time when the company use integrated touch sensor in the power button. In order to make the device cheaper, the company would adopt Touch ID on iPad Air because the Face ID sensors are still expensive.

Thanks to Svetapple, who built the concept of an iPad that looks very similar to the iPad Pro 2018, but still yon can notice some notable differences. As you can see in the pictures below, it has a flat edge, a single camera lens, and smart connectors at the back. But it doesn’t have a built-in LED flash, Apple has already removed the LED flash from the current-gen iPad Air model.

You will also get a bigger power button, possibly, because it has integrated Touch ID sensors. In addition, there’s a USB-C port instead of a lightning connector. This new iPad will also include Smart Connector from which brings the compatibility for the new magic keyboard with trackpad.
