Samsung recently introduced the Galaxy Chromebook 2 during the CES 2021 event which became the latest part of Galaxy computing. It is the world’s first Chromebook to feature a QLED display. It provides the user high a performance processor, powerful hardware, and many more features.
As per the latest news, the Galaxy Chromebook 2 is now available to buy in the United States for which the pre-orders were already started last month. It is available for purchase from Best Buy and Samsung online store.
The Intel Celeron variant starts from $549.99, while the Intel Core i3 variant starts from $699.99. Samsung went pre-orders last month in the US. It comes in two different color options that are Fiesta Red and Mercury Gray.
Samsung Galaxy Chromebook 2 Specifications
The Galaxy Chromebook 2 sports a 13.3-inch QLED touchscreen display with Full HD resolution and 100% DCI-P3 color volume. For sound, it features dual 5W stereo speakers with Smart AMP that are 178% louder than the Galaxy Chromebook.
There are two variants available which are Intel Celeron 5205U CPU that has 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM and the other one is the Intel Core i3 10110U CPU has 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The battery life of the notebook is up to 13 hours as the company claim.
The other features include a backlit keyboard, 720p webcam, a micro-SD card slot, two USB Type-C ports, Bluetooth 5.0 and comes with a headphone jack.
