According to the latest information, Xiaomi’s upcoming Snapdragon 870 powered smartphone will use a 1080p+ resolution Huaxing Optoelectronics curved screen with a front punch hole. It will support a 120Hz refresh rate, built-in 5000mAh battery with 67W fast charge support.

The tipster also reveals that the upcoming Xiaomi smartphone will be equipped with a 20MP front lens and a 108MP rear main camera, there seems to be a 3x telephoto lens.
At the moment, Xiaomi already has Redmi K40 and Mi 10S models which are equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chip. Last month, it was reported that Xiaomi has separately filed two new mobile phones using the sm8250 SoC.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC is manufactured by TSMC and uses a 7nm process with a 1+3+4 cluster. The ultra-large core frequency can reach 3.2GHz, the large core frequency is 2.42GHz, and the small core frequency is 1.8GHz. The chip has a built-in Adreno 650 GPU, which is the same as the Snapdragon 865 Plus.
It is expected that the upcoming smartphone will be equipped with the above features, maybe the Redmi K50. However, there’s no official information regarding this. Stay tuned with us to know more information.
