Following the compact flagship Zenfone 8 and Zenfone 8 Flip with a flip camera, Asus began taking orders in Russia for one of its new products – the ROG Phone 5 gaming smartphone.
The older version of the smartphone is currently available to Russian users for direct purchase – with 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of built-in flash memory at a suggested retail price of 89,990 rubles.

More affordable options will appear later – 8/128 GB for 72,990 rubles and 12/256 GB for 79,990 rubles. The first buyers are offered the Asus ROG Cetra II Core gaming headphones as a gift, which separately cost 2,250 rubles. Asus ROG Phone 5 versions with 18 GB of RAM are not yet expected.
Among the features of the Asus ROG, Phone 5 is a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD + resolution (2448 x 1080) and an image refresh rate of 144 Hz, a 64-megapixel main camera, a 24-megapixel front camera, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC, a 6000 mA battery.
