Are you facing the slow charging issue on the Galaxy Note 10 after the March update? You’re not alone

If you are facing a slow charging issue on your Galaxy Note 10 after the March 2020 update, you are not the only one. So far, it is limited to the Snapdragon variants only.

Recently, Samsung Galaxy Note 10 users have received a software update with March 2020 security patch in the US. After installing the March 2020 update, some Galaxy Note 10 users are facing a slow charging problem. Some are complaining that the fast charging isn’t fast like it used to be.

We have received more than 20 email inquiries with the same slow charge issue. Even our own Snapdragon Galaxy Note 10+ taking a little longer to charge the device completely, while the Exynos (international) variant didn’t experience any trouble with fast charging.

Just for the clarification, we are running version N975USQS3BTB5 on the Snapdragon Galaxy Note 10+, while the Exynos is running N975FXXS3BTB9.
