We have received more than 20 email inquiries with the same slow charge issue. Even our own Snapdragon Galaxy Note 10+ taking a little longer to charge the device completely, while the Exynos (international) variant didn’t experience any trouble with fast charging.

Just for the clarification, we are running version N975USQS3BTB5 on the Snapdragon Galaxy Note 10+, while the Exynos is running N975FXXS3BTB9.

This issue may or may not be limited to some users. Have you noticed the issue yet? Let us know in the comments.
