Nobody wants their new iPhone to get cracked or damaged. But if it happens you might have to pay a lot if your iPhone isn’t under warranty or Apple Care+.

The new iPhones are not yet released and Apple already mentioned what will it cost if you have damaged them. Apple recently shared the details on its support page describing the full repair cost of the iPhone 12 lineup.
The repairing cost for the iPhone 12 model is increased as compared to the last year. The screen repairing cost is increased from $199 to $279 which is likely due to the OLED display. Apple has also increased the other ‘damage cost’ from $399 to $449. Although if you have Apple Care+ then repairs for the screen costs $29 and $99 for the other damages.
Thankfully, the screen repair cost for the Pro models is unchanged and it is the same as the iPhone 11 Pro. Screen repair for iPhone 12 will cost you $279 for an out of warranty repair. If you have Apple Care+ then the cost is still the same as $29.
The cost for the other damages is also unchanged from last year but it will still cost you an eye-watering $549. With the Apple Care+ this cost can be reduced to $99.
