If you are waiting for the OnePlus 9T this year, you will be disappointed. According to a leaker Max Jambor, who shared a tweet with the message “No 9T” it means there won’t be a OnePlus 9T.

The leaker also confirmed similar news last year about the cancellation of the OnePlus 8T Pro. OnePlus only launched the OnePlus 8T last year, dropped the OnePlus 8T Pro.

There’s no explanation about the cancelation of the OnePlus 9T, but it is likely to be the global chip shortage. Samsung also dropped the Galaxy Note device this year, only launching the Galaxy Fold device. Huawei also joined the affected company list due to chip shortage.
