OnePlus 9 Pro durability test says OnePlus has something to offer

OnePlus launched it’s latest and most awaited flagship series called the OnePlus 9 on March 23. The new series of phones come with the latest and the most advanced features along with an astonishing gradient finish from the back.

OnePlus 9 Pro is the top-end variant of the lineup among the three models and the other two include the OnePlus 9 and 9R. However, the 9R is exclusively launched for the Indian market. The Pro model comes with a bunch of new and extraordinary features. The camera of the phone is built in partnership with Hasselblad camera technology and it also supports up to 50W wireless fast charging.

It is obvious to encounter a bunch of videos after the launch of these devices regarding their hands-on, unboxing, and teardown. While one such video of the OnePlus 9 Pro coming from JerryRigEverything tests the durability of the device.

And after taking the test, the handset has impressed us in terms of the durability it is offering while it’s not up to the mark but we can consider it at such a price tag. This smartphone could offer a good value for money, although we can’t say it now in the early days of launch. And there are more such reviews that are yet to come for this handset.

At the start of the video, it was noted that the OnePlus 9 Pro comes with a pre-installed screen protector on the front which can be easily pulled off. Also, there were 7 different levels of scratch test for the display, and the device performed nicely in this test, even with the in-display fingerprint scanner.

Not only from the front but the back of the smartphone also has enough durability to get through even in some tough conditions and thanks to the latest generation of Gorilla Glass protection on the device. Lastly, there was a bend test that gave some more insight into the durability of the device, the smartphone has easily cleared this test from both inward and outward.
