OnePlus Nord is the mid-range smartphone from OnePlus that comes with a bunch of features along with the 5G connectivity options. It offers a 90Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 765G processor, flagship-grade camera, and more.
Recently, it was reported that some of the OnePlus Nord users are facing issues with receiving notifications on their devices. This problem was found when they updated their handset to the latest OxygenOS 11.
The problem was noted as different for several users. For some users, the notifications were delayed or there were no notifications as all. While the other users were having issues with the WhatsApp notifications on their phones.

Some of the users have also suggested solutions that may fix this. The first solution is to reset the app permission. Because it may be that the apps are causing this problem. This can be done simply by going to Settings > Apps and notifications > see all apps > select three dots > Reset app preferences.
By trying this, your app data will remain secure but it will reset your app permissions for all the apps again. While some of the users have also suggested to uninstall and reinstall the app. You can also try these solutions if you are facing them on your device.
This issue needs to be sorted by the company as some of the messages may be important for these users. This is a software-related bug that can be easily solved with a software update. However, the company has not said anything on this matter and we expect it to attend this one soon.
