OnePlus Nord, which debuted in July last year, is one of the brand’s most popular phones. Recent reports claim that the Chinese brand is developing its follow-up version. The latest information shows that its follow-up product will be called OnePlus Nord2, and may be launched in the third quarter.

OnePlus is launching new promotions for some EU countries/regions such as the UK, France, and Germany. This new offer allows buyers who purchase smartphones such as OnePlus 9, OnePlus 9 Pro, OnePlus 8T, and OnePlus Nord to get a free Stadia Premium edition game controller and Chromecast Ultra bundle. The offer is valid until September 30.

Although the offer applies to the aforementioned smartphones, the “FAQ” section of the promotion shows that even unannounced OnePlus Nord2 buyers can take advantage of it. This indicates that Nord2 will break ground on the European market before September 30.

Last year, OnePlus Nord was announced in July. Therefore, Nord2 may be officially listed at the same time. Rumors surrounding it show that it is codenamed Denniz and the model is DE2118.

It is speculated that the OnePlus Nord2 may be equipped with Dimensity 1200 chipset, and may continue to use the FHD+ display with a punch-hole design. It is expected that the device will continue to support a 90Hz refresh rate. It may be equipped with a 32-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel main rear camera. It can be supported by a 4,500mAh battery.
