Oppo Reno5 K goes on sale starting today at 2699 yuan ($415)

A couple of weeks ago, Oppo unveiled the long-rumored Chinese Reno5 K smartphone. This phone is a new version of Oppo Reno5 5G released in December 2020. At that time, the company had not confirmed its price and availability.  Now, as per the latest info, Oppo Reno5 K is finally on sale in China starting today with starting price of 2699 yuan ($415).

The phone is available now and can be purchased through multiple Chinese retailer platforms, such as OPPO China’s online store, Tmall, JD, etc. It has three color options, such as Green Breeze and Starry Dream and Night Black. Below you can check the price of the smartphone according to its storage and RAM.

Oppo Reno5 K Specifications and Features:

Oppo Reno5 K comes with a 6.43-inches AMOLED display along with the Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by Snapdragon 750G processor compared to the Snapdragon 765G of the Reno5 5G.

The processor is paired with 8GB of RAM alongside 128GB internal memory. In software terms, it comes pre-packed with the Android 11 based ColorOS 11. Design-wise it looks similar to the Reno5 5G and weighs just 180 grams.

The device is equipped with a quad-camera setup with a 64MP main camera, an 8MP lens for ultra-wide, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP camera for depth sensing. The selfie camera in the front is 32MP for selfies.

It is disappointing to note that this smartphone lacks a microSD card and a 3.5mm headphone jack. There are connectivity features available such as dual SIM, 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and USB-C.
