Report: Samsung’s Galaxy Note 20 will be more affordable than the Galaxy Note 10

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Note 20 may not be as expensive as you’d expect, claims report. It will be more affordable than the Galaxy Note 10, a new report from Korean publication Naver.

As a result of the weak smartphone demands globally, the Galaxy Note 20 is tipped to be priced at KRW 1.2 million ($999) in South Korea. In comparison, the Galaxy Note 10 was launched in the country at KRW 1.25 million ($1,040).

On the other hand, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is expected to cost KRW 1.45 million ($1,207), lower than the Galaxy Note 10+’s KRW 1.5 million ($1,248) launch price.

The lower price is due to coronavirus pandemic, the company is expecting lower demand for the Galaxy Note 20 series this year. If the information is correct, the US pricing of the Galaxy Note 20 could be below $950, while the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra could start around $1,049.
