Samsung Galaxy A22 5G’s 15W fast charging support confirmed by TÜV Rheinland certification

Samsung may soon launch the Galaxy A22 5G as another affordable 5G smartphone under the Galaxy A series. Previously, a popular salesman shared some CAD renderings and basic specifications of this upcoming phone, and the latest leak revealed its charging capabilities.

It seems that the South Korean technology giant is working hard to launch the Galaxy A22 5G in the near future because it has recently passed the TÜV Rheinland certification. The document shows that it supports 15W fast charging and the model is SM-A226B.

In addition, the TÜV Rheinland website did not disclose any design aspects or specifications. At the same time, the Galaxy A22 5G was unveiled at the Wi-Fi Alliance last month, and the news indicated that it runs One UI 3.x based on Android 11 out of the box.

Inside, Galaxy A22 5G may be equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset supported by 6GB RAM. In addition, it may be equipped with a 6.5-inch display and a triple rear camera setup, including a 48MP main camera, an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a depth lens.

In addition, A22 5G can also provide four different color options, including gray, white, light green, and purple. Finally, we cannot confirm the existence of this upcoming device, although it may be released in the next few months.
