Samsung is going to launch the Galaxy S20 series next month and we have already seen some leaked information about the Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra.

From all three devices, the Galaxy S20 Ultra will be the best and strongest device with specs and power. It is expected to come with a 6.9-inch display, Snapdragon 865 SoC, and 120Hz display. Ahead of all this, we have some new information.

According to a tweet, the Galaxy S20 Ultra will be the only device with microSD card support (up to 1TB). It will be available in 128/256/512GB storage. It will be the first Samsung device with 16GB RAM.

In the camera department, the Galaxy S20 Ultra will bring massive improvements, such as 108MP. It will have a 48MP primary sensor with a 10x optical zoom and a 12MP ultra-wide camera.

Further, the tweet reveals, the Galaxy S20 Ultra will support a massive 5000mAh battery with 45W super-fast charging. It will take 74 min to charge the device 100%.

According to another tweet from a different source, the standard Galaxy S20 device will be equipped with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM. It is a massive improvement as compared to last year’s Galaxy S10 series.

The Galaxy S20 series is scheduled for an official unveiling on February 11, 2020, at Samsung’s Unpacked event.
