As per the Roland Quandt, since mid-last week, Samsung has started mass production of the first components of the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra at its Asian palnats. The tipster also shared the expected models of these variants:

  • SM-S901: Galaxy S21
  • SM-S906: Galaxy S21 Plus
  • SM-S908: Galaxy S21 Ultra

Notably, only a relatively small number of products rolled off the production line. In addition, sources at WinFuture revealed that production elements include flexible cables, which connect the various circuit boards inside the equipment to each other.

Since last week, the targeted production volume has already increased to tens of thousands of units, but as always, there are still some problems producing the required number of components without errors.

Furthermore, the report indicates that the Galaxy S22 Ultra is currently being developed for the United States, while the other two models (Standard Edition and Plus) are for the international market.
