Samsung to begin mass producing foldable OLEDs for Xiaomi and Google in October

Samsung’s next foldable smartphone is the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 will be git into the market in August of the same year. Equipped with the company’s most premium and ultra-thin glass technologies, this flexible model features high, flexible displays.

According to TheElec, Samsung Display plans to start mass production of the flexible OLED display by Google, Xiaomi, and Vivo in October. The OLED which is currently produced by Samsung brands, consumers can introduce their new foldable screen smartphones later this year or early next year.

The report also states that the ” Google Pixel, the Fold “(tentative name), which will have a 7.6-inch folding screen, and in the in Vivo model, will be equipped with an 8-inch folding plate. South Korea is a screen manufacturer and will also have to produce flexible screens for Xiaomi and its specifications are not clear.
