Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 lineup may equip Snapdragon 888, 120Hz refresh rate, and more

Back in September 2020, Samsung unveiled its latest flagship tablet lineup – Galaxy Tab S7 that consists of two premium tablets.

These Galaxy tabs powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ processor, Android 10 OS, long-lasting battery capacity, 13MP + 5MP dual rear camera sensors, and more.

Moving forward, Samsung is preparing to launch the new Galaxy Tab S series tablets this year that could be the Galaxy Tab S8 and Tab S8+.

In the meantime, a report suggests that the Galaxy Tab S8 will be equipped with an 11-inch LCD display same as its predecessor. In addition, it also has a 120Hz refresh rate and may have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

On the other hand, the Galaxy Tab S8+ may sport a 12.4-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an under-screen fingerprint scanner.

Talking about battery capacity, the Galaxy Tab S8 will pack an 8000mAh battery while the Galaxy Tab S8+ will have a massive 10090mAh battery with 45W fast charging.

It is worth mentioning that Galaxy Tab S8 lineup tablets will be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 888 chipset, Android 11-based One UI 3.1 as well as S Pen support.
