We almost know everything about the upcoming Galaxy S23 series. We now have more information about the trio. The Galaxy S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra’s RAM and storage specifications have now been revealed.

There was a rumor that Samsung won’t be releasing the 128GB base variant of the Galaxy S23 series but it doesn’t appear to be correct. This time the base variant of the Galaxy S23 series will be the 128GB UFS 4.0 storage variant.
The S23 Ultra will also be available in 512GB and 1TB storage variants. In addition, the Galaxy S23 and S23+ will have an 8GB LPDDR5X RAM setup for the base storage option.
The Galaxy S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra will not be available in the White color option. The Galaxy S23 and S23+ will be available in Cream, Green, Lavender, and Phantom Black color options. There could still be some exclusive coloros for the Galaxy S23 Ultra.
Separately, the Galaxy S23 Ultra has now appeared on the Geekbench website. According to the listing, the device will have 12GB RAM, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, and an Android 13 OS. According to previous rumors, the Galaxy S23 will also get an improved cooling solution.
