Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra appeared to be the best smartphone among US users in a survey. The device ranked as the best smartphone in the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). Consequently, this shows that American users are fond of the device even in the year 2022 when there are so many flagship competitors sailing in the market.

Samsung is one of the top rankers in the list of high-end smartphones. The manufacturer has offered a bunch of handy gadgets with new technologies and surprising features. If we particularly talk about the United States, then there are only two brands that are successfully running on the consumer board. However, the recent ACSI survey reports that around 23,000 US users have voted for Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra to be the best handset.
It’s quite surprising, as Samsung has rolled out several smartphones after the S20 Ultra device. Moreover, every handset launched with unique technology and a bunch of new features. Yet, S20 Ultra remains the star of the eyes among US users even in 2022 with a score of 86.
The S20 Ultra phone supports various Pro features that are still lacking in the other devices. As a result, users have more affection for it. The second position goes to the LG Aristo 3, while Apple comes to the third position with iPhone 11 Pro Max, gaining a score of 82.
