Currently, the report suggests that the forthcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset will feature a single high-performance Cortex-X4 core that will be clocked at 3.7GHz. Consequently, this will form a chipset with a 15% performance boost compared to the 3.2GHz clock speed of Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

Besides, it will be much faster than the Galaxy S23 specialized Snapdragon chip featuring a 3.36GHz clock speed. At the same time, the new processor could also come with four additional performance cores and three efficiency cores to ensure optimum performance for all sorts of use cases, similar to the predecessor.
