Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 users finally grab the Google Assistant support officially. Alongside a handful of new and advanced features, there are some fresh revamp that bring Pixel phone experience.

When compared to the earlier version of Wear OS, Google assures that the Assistant support for Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 will show “faster than ever response times”. There are a bunch of functions that users can perform with their new assistant.

New Functions to Perform

  • Set timer and reminders
  • Start or End a call
  • Send a text message
  • Access the smart home gadget with Google Assistant
  • Ask questions related to weather, traffic, and more

On the other hand, Galaxy Watch 4 users have also demanded a new Assistant app. With the latest update, Google Assistant will appear in a new look in the app launcher.

How to activate Google Assistant?

  • Go to the Settings app
  • Select the Advanced Features
  • Click on Customize keys

Moreover, you can also enable the “Hey Google” and “Speech Output” features for the assistant. Just navigate to the Settings >> Google >> Assistant.

Yes! Google Assistant is rolling out in 10 markets at the moment. These are Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, The UK, and the USA.
