Samsung will finally roll out an update that could bring the Smart Widget feature to the Galaxy Z Fold and Flip smartphones. Although, the feature already came to light with One UI 4.1 software. But, for some reason, it was away from the Galaxy Z Fold and Flip devices, even after receiving the latest One UI firmware.

However, some customer queries forged the company to open the ways of Smart Widget for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold and Flip smartphones with a new update. Accordingly, Samsung has started working on a new software update, particularly known as June 2022 update. Consequently, the company will feature the Smart widget with this update.
Further, this Samsung series includes all generations. For instance, the Smart Widget feature will roll out to Galaxy Fold/Z, Fold 2/Z, Fold 3, and Z Flip/Z Flip 3 foldable phones. The date for the next update is not in confirmation but the latest information suggests that it will appear by the next month.
Up to this point, the company has released the May 2022 security patch for many of its flagship devices. But now it seems like the company has started to boost up the work for the new addition in the Galaxy Z Flips and Folds.
