This Best Brand Award is been presented for the seventh time in Belgium, are the result of a large-scale, multi-sectoral customer survey conducted directly by Communications Agency Serviceplan and Market Research Agency GfK.
Samsung is very proud of this recognition. It is the reward for daily effort to push the boundaries of technological innovation, which allows the company to put the customer and their needs first.
However, the unique concept of the best brands measures the strength of a brand based on a two-dimensional study conducted by GfK (5,000 Homes and 350 Brands Analysis): actual financial success in the market (wallet share) and consumer emotional impact. And all of this without jury intervention.
“This new nomination in the ‘Best Hybrid Brand’ category is very encouraging for us. Despite the pandemic and the increase in online sales, we opened our third and fourth Experience Stores last year. We also notice that consumers generally feel more comfortable with an online purchase if they know there is a physical Samsung store nearby,” said Davy Moons, Mobile Marketing Manager at Samsung Belgium.
