The full specs for Samsung Galaxy S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra

Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked 2023 will take place on February 1 the company will launch the Galaxy S23 series. Ahead of that event, we now have an early look at the full specs of the Galaxy S23 series.

About the Samsung Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+, the Galaxy S23 has a 6.1-inch AMOLED display at 2340×1080 with a refresh rate between 48Hz and 120Hz. The S23 uses Gorilla Glass Victus 2 display. The Galaxy S23+ has a 6.6-inch display with the same specs.

Talking about the camera, both of these devices include a 50MP primary camera, 12MP ultrawide camera, and 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. You will also get a 12MP front camera under the hole-punch cutout. For power, the S23 has a 3,900 mAh battery with 25W charging and the S23+ has a 4,700 mAh with 45W charging.

Let’s talk about differences, Samsung is offering 8GB RAM options with 128GB and 256GB storage variants of the Galaxy S23, but 256GB and 512GB versions of the Galaxy S23+.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, S23 Ultra has a 6.8-inch, 3080×1440 display with a refresh rate between 1Hz and 120Hz. The S23 Ultra also uses Victus 2 display.

The important thing about the Ultra, it has a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP2 camera sensor, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and two 10MP telephoto lenses at 3x and 10x respectively. On the front, it has a 12MP, downgraded from 40MP on the S22 Ultra.

The S23 Ultra is packed with a 5,000 mAh battery with the same 45W fast charging (10W wireless charging). The device has 8GB and 12GB RAM LPDDR5X with 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage options. Don’t forget about the unique S Pen.

The Galaxy S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra are powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset at 3.36GHz. The S23 series supports a fingerprint scanner, Bluetooth 5.3, and Wi-Fi 6E. The devices are available in four colors. The Galaxy S23 and S23+ will launch in Black, Cotton, Green, and Purple, while the S23 Ultra will be available in Cream instead of Cotton.

The Galaxy S23 series reservations are open now, offering up to $100 in extra credits with their pre-orders.

Furthermore, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphone will drive the Android 13-based One UI 5.1 software out of the box. The new One UI 5.1 software will install additional features and customization capabilities to the device.
