Second-gen Xiaomi OLED TVs now available on Chinese e-commerce site

Recently, Xiaomi TV has released a warm-up poster which indicates that the second generation of Xiaomi OLED TVs is coming soon and the picture quality will be further improved. Apart from OLED TVs, Xiaomi will also release the new MIX 4 mobile phone and the first high-end smart speaker on August 10.

As per the latest information, the second generation of Xiaomi OLED TV has been launched on JD.com with two different display sizes which are 55-inch and 65-inch models.

Although at the moment we do not have much information about its specification, as it is going to be launched on August 10, then soon the company will release information about this TV.

Xiaomi’s First-Generation OLED TV

Xiaomi released its first-generation OLED TV “Master 65-inch OLED” in July 2020 with a starting price of RMB 12,999 and a current price of RMB 9,999. This TV supports a 1.07 billion color display, peak brightness 1000nit, 4K/120Hz specification.

The Mi TV Master 65-inch OLED is equipped with a deeply optimized APU neural network computing unit, which features such as AI dynamic scene recognition, deep learning algorithms, resolution enhancement, and multiple noise reduction algorithms. The second-generation OLED TV is expected to inherit these functions and further upgrade its picture quality performance.
