Richard Yu, CEO of Huawei Consumer BG has revealed the Huawei Mate 40 series at a launch conference in China and also launch a member of the Huawei Watch GT 2 series – Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro in four versions that include sports version, fashions version, ECG version and Porsche Design staring from ¥ 2188 that include:
- Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro (Sports Mode)l priced at ¥ 2188
- Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro (Fashion Model) priced at ¥ 2388
- Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro (ECG Model) priced at ¥ 2688
- Huawei Watch GT 2 Porsche Design priced at ¥ 4688
Huawei has launched this smartwatch in China that supports Hongmeng OS also known as HarmonyOS and comes with pre-installed Hongmeng mobile applications like Didi Taxi, Handheld High-Speed Rail, Tongcheng Travel, and more.

Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro features a 1.39-inch, circular sapphire glass with 454 x 454 pixels resolution and touch screen support, 2MB of RAM, 4GB internal storage, GPS, and 5ATM water resistance. The body of this watch is made of Titanium, and there will be two types of straps offered by the company made of silicon and leather.
Additionally, this smartwatch series supports wireless charging, Sp02 level measuring, sleep quality monitoring, heart rate, provide 100+ exercise modes and the watch can be used continuously for 10 hours after charging for 5 minutes, and it can be used for 2 weeks when fully charged.
