Samsung’s Galaxy Buds Pro accused of causing pus and scabs

In this year’s first Galaxy Unpacked event, Samsung launched the latest wireless earbuds, called Galaxy Buds Pro, and Galaxy S21 series flagship products. Buds Pro highlights immersive sound, excellent call quality, intelligent ANC (active noise reduction) function, and enhanced connectivity across devices.

Surprisingly, the company recently issued an official comment on complaints from users of Galaxy Buds Pro wireless earbuds about unpleasant symptoms. Some Buds Pro owners report various problems, including pus, knots, blisters, and an inflamed appearance.

According to reports, Samsung retorted that the Galaxy Buds Pro earbuds had been internationally tested before being launched and confirmed that they did not contain harmful substances. At the same time, the company explained that because the earplugs are left in the ears, sweat and moisture can cause the problems described by users.

In addition, Samsung has confirmed that the design of the earplugs is the cause of the discomfort, and recommends that users are regularly clean and disinfect the Galaxy Buds Pro earplugs while keeping the ear canal dry.

In addition, the company also pointed out on the official website that earplugs contain acrylate and nickel, so people with allergies should avoid wearing them for a long time.
