Xiaomi 12 Ultra, 12S, and 12S Pro gets CMIIT certification in China, launch expected soon

It is reported that these ultra-high-end flagships of Xiaomi cover many aspects such as small screens, folding screens, and images. They will all be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ or MediaTek Dimensity 9000 flagship processors and will debut in July.

Among them, the Xiaomi 12 Ultra positioning imaging flagship device will cooperate with Leica to bring new breakthroughs in imaging. According to the news, the phone has three rear cameras, the main camera will use a new IMX 989 sensor, the sensor has 50 megapixels, and the front camera also has 32 megapixels of the ultra-high lens.

Moreover, the Snapdragon 8+ is a new generation of the mobile platform released by Qualcomm in May. It consists of a super-large-core Cortex X2, three large-core Cortex A710s, and four small-core Cortex A510s. The GPU is Adreno 730.

Officially, the CPU power consumption is reduced by about 30% compared with the Snapdragon 8, and the GPU power consumption is reduced by up to 30%. The overall power consumption of the platform is reduced by about 15% compared with the Snapdragon 8.
