Microsoft Xbox Series X/S FPS Boost function already supports 97 games

Microsoft officially launched the FPS Boost function for Xbox Series X/S game consoles in February this year, which can losslessly increase old games that do not support high frame rates to high frame rates of 60Hz and 120Hz for a smoother picture.

According to the latest info, the current FPS acceleration function has been extended to 97 games, including “Assassin’s Creed”, “Doom”, “Far Cry 5” and other games that have supported this function, developers and players do not need to play the game Upgrade to start.

It should be noted that due to the different performance of the Xbox Series X and S consoles, some games cannot reach the high frame rate of 120Hz on the latter. Taking “Mad Max” and “Metro 2033” as examples, the Series X mainframe can achieve a frame rate of 120Hz, while the Series S only supports 60Hz.
